Solid-cast rings with bottom/cover (BR, CR)
● We make jacketed pipes coated with GOST 16338 polymer coating (PE) or GOST 26996 coating (PP).
● These pipes are suitable for the gravity-flowing transport of household liquids and surface runoff, groundwater and production liquids, including liquids that are aggressive towards reinforced concrete.
ADVANTAGES OF USING POLYMER-COATED PIPES
Properties are predicated on the use of concrete
● Pipes are made from B30-class concrete, grades М400, F200, W6. This makes it possible to lay the pipes at a depth of up to 8 meters and operate them at temperatures in the range of -40 to +60 °C.
● Dispersed reinforcement is used in the production of the pipes. This increases the vibration resistance of the pipes and helps reduce the formation of micro-cracks over the course of their operation. The use of such pipes is even possible in earthquake-prone regions.
● The high specific weight of the products prevents their upfloat even under high groundwater conditions
Properties are predicated on the use of polymer sheeting
● The interior surface of the pipe is made from PE or PP polymer sheets.
● The use of these sheets improves the hydraulic indicators of the pipe. Throughput capacity is increased, thanks to the ultra-low roughness of the sheets. Resistance to all types of electrochemical corrosion and hydro-abrasive wear are also improved.
● Put together, all of this extends the products’ service life, which can reach up to 50 years and beyond, and makes it possible for them to transport even liquids that are aggressive towards reinforced concrete.
